Hi my name is Mike Blayden.

In 1986, at the age of 16 I started my first sales job. I have worked extensively in the sales & marketing industry ever since. Within this time I have been a regular winner of sales awards in both the UK and Australia. I have sold products door-to-door and as a telemarketer for both business-to-business as well as the consumer market. I have personal selling & training experience in the IT, telecommunications, real estate, financial services, travel, recruitment and retail industries.

In my early days of selling, I had a desire to achieve in sales & marketing and be a success, however I did not know how to do it. The first 12 months was hard work and success kept eluding me. After numerous failures, I made a lifelong commitment to myself to discover the secrets of how to be a success in selling.

This included reading 100's of books, listening to countless recordings and watching umpteen videos on selling, negotiation and motivation.

Since then I have had the privilege in accompanying some of the best sales & marketing people in a number of industries in Australia and abroad, on their sales calls to see the key characteristics and habits of success in selling.

Since 2001 keenly observed and studied the mechanics of emarketing. I now enjoy teaching these skills to business and sales people.

Over 20 years have passed and my commitment to selling still remains, just my purpose is different. It is no longer about me being successful in selling alone.

Sales training legend “Zig Ziglar” summed up the purpose we all should have when he said,

“You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want”.
